WWF ITR-tool (Implied Temperature Rise) 

The ITR-tool (Implied Temperature Rise) provides a temperature score for climate targets, companies, financial portfolios and value chains based on their respective and aggregated emissions reduction ambition and how these are aligned with global climate goals. By translating emissions reduction ambition — including Scope 3 value chain — into a temperature pathway, the tool shows how a company, portfolio or value chain contributes to future global warming. This enables businesses to identify gaps, benchmark progress, and steer strategies toward a 1.5°C-aligned trajectory, building both credibility and resilience.
